Electric hot air generator compatible with hot air temperatures up to 250°C (hot air circulation possible). It can be replaced from gas combustion type, contributing to decarbonization and low carbonization!

The electric hot air generator is a duct heater that can be used for a wide range of applications, including as a heat source for drying ovens, heating furnaces, and various industrial furnaces, as well as in drying processes for painting equipment and food processing. Compared to gas combustion types, it does not contain combustion exhaust gases, allowing for clean hot air usage. It is the same size as conventional gas hot air generators (AH-D series), making it easy to replace during equipment upgrades. It features a unit heater with an over-temperature prevention sensor. We address challenges such as "securing green power, reducing costs, and ensuring power capacity" through hybrid solutions with combustion types. In addition to enhancing the efficiency of electric systems, we can also implement energy-saving systems that utilize waste heat for gas burners. By incorporating hydrogen gas burners, we achieve carbon neutrality! **We Conduct Practical Verification Tests** We conduct various heating tests at the newly established "Thermal Technology Research Institute" within the Horyuji Center. Among these, the "QCO Test Facility" allows for heating tests using four different heat sources! Since the heat source directly heats the air using nichrome wire, it has better thermal efficiency compared to the sheath heater method. (The heater is composed of a nichrome wire coiled inside a molded heat-resistant material with excellent insulation properties and heat resistance, resulting in a heater with minimal heat loss and high efficiency.)
